Project Details

The proposed building is a four-story building with a basement.  Each floor has ten double dwelling units with a shared bathroom between two units.  There is also a single residence assistant located on each floor as well as lounge space, laundry and meeting room. A curving glass and metal form to the South highlight the entrance lobby as well as open study lounges.  Active public spaces such as stairs and lounges were located at the corners of the building and have been made more transparent to show activity and movement within as well as connecting the internal to the various green spaces adjacent to the site.  The basement area houses the resident director's apartments, mechanical spaces and storage areas.
