Bergmann Associates has been involved in various projects for TD Bank/Commerce Bank to facilitate a transition from their former design services provider. This transition included assuming over 35 projects immediately and overseeing a value-engineering process to significantly reduce the overall construction costs of the new branches. The process involved a great deal of coordination and understanding of TD Bank/Commerce Bank's brand integrity while keeping a close eye on overall costs and opportunities to expedite their expansion plans.
