Bergmann Associates has completed Architectural, Structural, and MEP Design and Consulting Services to develop various  retail strip plazas for Newman Development Group.  Tenants included in the plaza are Michaels, Petsmart, Hair-Cuttery, Sleepy's, Cold Stone Creamery, Aspen Dental, Cingular Wireless, and a take-out restaurant. Plazas serve as the cornerstone of  mixed-use retail essential to the development of various locations.
