We were retained be Carestream Health to assist them with understanding and documenting the current utility configurations at both of the Rochester, NY sites as well as the Windsor, Colorado Site.  As part of the purchase, all current utility configurations needed to be identified and a plan developed for separation.  This required us to investigate options for alternative utility sources, develop a scope of work associated with each option and develop associated construction cost estimates.   We have also been involved in the development of Master Plans for their corporate HQ's, X-ray room designs and lab renovations.
