Bergmann Associates Land Development Group specializes in economic development projects. Our architects, engineers and planners are involved in the creation of a site from initial project feasibility through master planning and concept development, preliminary and final engineering/design. We assist in processing applicable Town, County, and State approvals for site plans and typically work as liaison between the client, local planning and zoning boards in the site plan and subdivision review process. During and after the site plan approval process we work with agencies to ensure that the final set of plans receive their approval. We routinely prepare construction documents for improvements to roads, intersections, and signals to mitigate impacts of proposed developments.
