|| Energy Star Partner|
Businesses benefit financially by continually improving their management of energy resources, and the environment benefits from reduced levels of related pollution. We are proud to offer building design services that assist businesses who have committed to or are interested in achieving the goals of ENERGY STAR.
The EPA's Target Finder tool helps architects and building owners set aggressive, realistic energy targets and rate a building design's estimated energy use. Our design teams can use the tool to achieve Designed to Earn the ENERGY STAR for your building. Then, track actual energy use of the completed building for 12 months, and benchmark performance using Portfolio Manager. Buildings with an energy performance rating of 75 or higher are eligible to receive the ENERGY STAR Building label.
