Equal Opportunity Employer
Bergmann is committed to considering all qualified candidates for employment regardless of status including minority, veteran, disability, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity. As part of our commitment to a diverse workforce, we also ensure reasonable accommodations for employees.
Health and safety have always been top priorities at Bergmann. We take careful steps to consider the safety of our people, our project partners and clients, in our offices and on project sites. We were one of the first firms of our size to create the full time position of Environmental Health & Safety Manager; someone who is dedicated to supporting project safety on a daily basis.
Our focus has only been heightened with the onset of COVID-19. In February 2020, our leadership team formed a COVID-19 Task Force to ensure proper response, planning and communication throughout the pandemic, both internally among employees and externally with our clients and partners.
The task force created two comprehensive COVID-19 guides to which all employees are required to adhere: Bergmann’s Office Guidelines and Operating Procedures and an addition to our corporate Health & Safety Plan Specific to COVID-19, utilizing the most current protection as directed by State, Federal and local government.
We continue to be diligent in our COVID-19 health and safety practices for our people, clients and partners. Here are a few procedures we follow regularly. We’re all in this together!
