We know the importance of balancing purposeful work with opportunities to kick back and connect. That’s one of the reasons Bergmann Young Professionals (BYP) was created in 2015. BYP’s mission is to provide an informal social network that encourages professional development, team building and community outreach.
Over a quarter of Bergmann employees participate in BYP events throughout the year, including a new hire welcome lunch, ballpark outings, professional development activities, Food Drives, 5ks, Friendsgiving Potlucks and a festive “Blocktoberfest”.
