Charles Johnsrud, AIA, LEED AP

With over 40 years’ experience in the building industry, Charles (Charlie) has garnered the respect of clients as a leader in science and technology projects and established long-term relationships with clients, engineers, and contractors. The breadth of his experience offers a perspective that consistently and dynamically takes the overall project into account and ensures the success of the project and its team members. Establishing Johnsrud Architects in 1995 to take advantage of that experience and build on it enabled Charlie to lead complex high technology projects for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries along with academic and commercial projects for his clients. In 2019, Charlie and his team of 20+ professionals joined Bergmann.

With an extensive knowledge in the design process through delivery and a constant awareness of schedule and costs, Charlie leads the team in delivering innovative solutions to his clients with efficiency, quality, and confidence.
