Jennie Muscarella, Esq.

Jennie Muscarella joined Bergmann in 2017 as the Director of Organizational Development & General Counsel, and in 2020 was promoted to the role of Chief Human Resources and Legal Officer. She has over 10 years’ experience in executive leadership roles for both US-based and international firms, as well as over two decades of experience in the legal profession. During this time Jennie provided counsel to a number of high profile firms in the construction industry before joining the Bergmann Team.

Jennie has presented at various forums, including the ACEC and AIA. She has a depth of knowledge in construction risk management, including alternative delivery, as well as experience in cultural change. Jennie has also contributed to a myriad of emerging leader groups during her career.
