John Hubert, PE

John Hubert serves as Bergmann's Vice President, Northeast Infrastructure. He provides strategic direction for the bridge, civil works/structures, construction inspection, highway, ITS & municipal, lock & dam, rail, survey, and water resources practices for the Northeast Region. Utilizing his leadership and communication skills, John works closely with clients and key project stakeholders to develop creative and effective solutions to meet client needs.

John is experienced in managing design teams and award-winning infrastructure projects across New York State. His diverse experience spans a broad range of industries and disciplines, including transit, highway, aviation, structures, shoreline protection, waterfront recreation, and utilities. He also has extensive design-build and construction management experience. Over the past decade alone, John has managed projects with a total construction value of over $300 million, and his work includes some of the most high-profile and complex projects in Western and Upstate New York.
