About Kimberly

As a certified planner, Kimberly Baptiste has focused her career on supporting municipal clients on a wide range of projects, including downtown revitalization, master planning, transportation planning, placemaking and trail planning. Kimberly has more than two decades of experience in using unique approaches to gather information, educate stakeholders and build consensus around multifaceted projects.

In her previous role as Municipal Practice Leader, Kimberly led strong year-over-year growth and is widely-respected for her strength of leadership across the firm. As Vice President of Northeast Buildings, she is responsible for strategic planning and implementation, market growth and expansion, mentoring staff, business development and strategic teaming, managing clients, and financial oversight and management.
