About Sean

Sean O'Rourke is Vice President, Atlantic Buildings, overseeing the professionals that deliver a range of architecture, engineering and planning services from Philadelphia to Jacksonville. He is an architect with more than three decades of experience on a wide range of building projects. His primary focus in the last few years has been oriented towards retail and commercial projects, working on both sides of the lease line. Sean has experience with mixed-use projects, roll-out work, prototype development, brand implementation and placemaking.

Sean also has a thorough knowledge of all phases of the building process with solution-centered design skills, strong organizational habits, practice management and project management expertise, as well as an emphasis on people skills, allowing him to manage successful projects for a range of clients.
