Bergmann named finalist in 2020 Excellence in Construction & Real Estate Awards

Bergmann was selected by Rochester Business Journal and The Daily Record to receive the 2020 Excellence in Construction & Real Estate Award.

Excellence in Construction & Real Estate awards celebrate individuals and companies who are changing the landscape of the Rochester region through design, construction, project management, innovation and more. These individuals and organizations are creating jobs, building healthy spaces, helping families and companies achieve their dreams, and leading the way toward growth and prosperity for the community.

Bergmann is being honored in the Architects category for the company’s on-going involvement in the City and region’s economic growth. Founded in Rochester forty years ago, Bergmann has been involved in a number of transformational projects, most recent projects including the redesign of Marketplace Mall for the University of Rochester, redevelopment of Parcel 2 into a mixed-use space, promoting investment along the City’s waterfront through ROC the Riverway and The Promenade at Erie Harbor; transformative planning and design efforts including the West River Wall and the Inner Loop North Transformation Study and supporting the Blue Cross Arena’s transformation into a regional waterfront, year round destination.
