Bergmann promotes 22 employees in Q1 2021

Promotions Q1 4 6 21

National architecture, engineering and planning firm Bergmann promoted 22 employees across six of its office locations in the first quarter of this year.

“We’re proud to have so many employees who have proven ready for new challenges and opportunities over the past few months,” said Jennie M. Muscarella, Esq., Chief Human Resources and Legal Officer, Bergmann. “These promotions are certainly a recognition of personal successes, but even more so a celebration of the valuable contributions our team makes daily that positively impact the industry, their clients and communities. We’re proud to recognize and foster these traits among our employees.”

Bergmann empowers the development and growth of its employees in part through a wide range of learning opportunities. This includes the firm’s recently launched EDGE Learning Institute, which provides a tailored learning experience and range of learning options – from courses led by Bergmann’s CEO and other senior leaders, to leadership tracks presented by trusted partners like Dale Carnegie and the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology, and online courses for technical development.
