Michelle Hartmann-Grippin, assistant project manager in national architecture, engineering and planning firm Bergmann’s Northeast Infrastructure Group, has been selected as one of Railway Age's “Fast Trackers” 20 Under 40 honorees. Each year the publication selects a group of professionals under the age of 40 who work in the railroad industry. Recipients are selected for making an impact in their fields and companies based on their industry knowledge and experience, leadership skills, contributions to the profession, and community service involvement.
In her role, Hartmann-Grippin supports Bergmann’s rail practice with expert construction management, supporting anywhere between 20 and 30 projects at a time. “Professional, engaged, a pleasure to work with – this is what our clients and team consistently say about Michelle,” said Michael Cooper, project manager, Bergmann. “She epitomizes Bergmann’s culture by anticipating the needs of her clients, collaborating with her peers to get the job done, always striving to do more, and raising the playing field for everyone around her by demonstrating and mentoring others in best practices. Congratulations Michelle on this well-deserved honor!”
