Colliers Engineering & Design, a national multi-discipline engineering and design firm, is pleased to announce it has promoted four professionals from within the firm into elevated leadership roles.

“As we continue to look to grow this company, our goal is to provide opportunities for our co-workers to advance their careers,” explained Kevin L. Haney, PE, President and CEO of Colliers Engineering & Design. “We congratulate these four professionals for the work they have done in the past and their willingness to apply their experience to continue facilitating our growth.”

These promotions include:

  • Allison Colantuoni, PHR, SHRM-CP, Director of Human Resources, has been promoted to Chief People Officer.
  • Robert “Bob” Colantuoni has been promoted from Director of Information Technology to Chief Information Officer.
  • Mark R. DeLor, PLS/RLS has been promoted from Discipline Leader of the Survey/Geospatial group to Division Director.
  • Jennie Muscarella, Esq., the newest member of CED and most recently Chief Human Resources and Legal Officer at Bergmann, joins Colliers Engineering & Design as Chief Risk Officer.

Bergmann, a nationally recognized leader in architecture, engineering, planning and related disciplines, joined Colliers Engineering & Design on November 1, 2021.
