National architecture, engineering and planning firm Bergmann has hired David Schwartz as project manager in the firm’s Conshohocken office. David brings more than 21 years of experience in delivering projects through all phases of project development. David has served multiple clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. His expertise includes comprehensive planning, transportation planning, traffic calming, complete streets planning and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI). David has worked for public, governmental, and non-profit agencies, including PennDOT, SEPTA, DVRPC, and a variety of counties and municipalities in Pennsylvania.
“David joins Bergmann in a new role that will provide a vital link between our transportation, planning and municipal practices,” said George Kevgas, Vice President, Atlantic Infrastructure. “His years of experience in traffic planning will be instrumental in growing our presence in southeastern Pennsylvania, with a service we know to bring great value to our clients.”
David is a Professional Engineer licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He is also a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer and a Professional Transportation Planner. David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. David earned his Master of Science in Civil/Transportation Engineering from Villanova University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
