Making the Most of ARPA Funds

In the latest Talk of the Towns article, national architecture, engineering and planning firm Bergmann's Marie Carone and Scott Bova discuss the historic $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), signed by President Biden in March 2021, and guaranteeing direct relief to cities, towns and villages.
