The October 2020 issue of Pharma Manufacturing featured an article written by Charlie Johnsrud, AIA, LEED AP that discussed three tactics for navigating competing stakeholder priorities during the design process for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. These tactics include defining success, controlling the "wish list" and putting the project's priorities in order.
