Shannon Weaver joins Bergmann as Senior Manager, Human Resources

National architecture, engineering and planning firm Bergmann has hired Shannon Weaver as a human resources senior manager in the firm’s Rochester, New York, headquarters. Weaver is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with more than 20 years’ experience.

Most recently, Weaver served as director, human resources, at Mary Cariola Children’s Center in Rochester. In her role, she managed HR for more than 600 employees, overseeing the HR department as a member of the senior leadership team. Over the course of her career, Weaver has gained expertise in employee relations, benefit administration, recruiting, compliance, training, employee development, policy development and procedure documentation.

Weaver earned her bachelor’s degree in management science from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and her master’s degree in human resources development from St. John Fisher College. She is a member of the Genesee Valley Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
