Todd Gadd Joins Bergmann as Construction Inspection Practice Leader

National architecture, engineering and planning firm Bergmann has hired Todd Gadd to fill the role of Construction Inspection Practice Leader. Working out of the firm’s Buffalo, New York office, Gadd will oversee more than 20 team members and dozens of projects across the entire Northeast region.

Gadd most recently served as Highway Superintendent for the Wyoming County Highway Department. His more than 25 years of experience working for contractors, consultants and county officials will lend well to his new role as Bergmann’s Construction Inspection practice works regularly with state and municipality clients, including New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), the City of Rochester, the City of Buffalo and Ontario County.

Gadd is a licensed PE as well as the immediate past president of NYS County Highway Superintendents Association and an active member of the Association of Bridge Construction and Design. He holds an associate degree in construction engineering technology from the College of Technology at Alfred and a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University.
