Tom Brady has joined national architecture, engineering and planning firm Bergmann as Senior Project Manager, Atlantic Infrastructure . Tom brings over 26 years of experience in various aspects of highway design and project management, from preliminary studies to final design. His expertise includes horizontal and vertical geometry, interchange design, Rights-of-Way and Construction Plans, Signing and Pavement Marking Plans, Traffic Control Plans, cost estimates, utility and agency coordination and PUC submissions.

Tom also brings Bergmann a vast range of PennDOT experience, including serving as a project manager and lead engineer on several projects.

“Tom is a welcome addition to the team as we continue to grow across eastern Pennsylvania,” said George Kevgas, Vice President, Atlantic Infrastructure. “His wealth of PennDOT highway design experience will be instrumental as he takes on leadership of our current work in District 4 and will provide ample growth opportunities of other staff here in our office.”

Tom is a Professional Engineer licensed in Pennsylvania and belongs to the American Society of Civil Engineers where he served as the President of the Philadelphia section from 2010 to 2011. He also belongs to the American Society of Highway Engineers. Brady holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University along with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
