Assisted in developing a master plan for 2 million sq. ft of industrial, office, retail and commercial spaces for Canal Ponds.
Bergmann assisted in developing the master plan for a 300-acre parcel of land adjacent to the NYS Erie Canal in the Town of Greece. The plan blended corporate offices, recreational waterways, hotels, restaurants and some light industrial facilities. Our team developed master plan alternatives, provided all site engineering services and prepared an in-depth Environmental Impact Statement examining impacts on air quality, noise, groundwater hydrology, transportation, community aesthetics and a NYSDEC regulated wetland on the site.
