Design, engineering and construction administration services for Department of Public Works Facility.

Bergmann provided architectural and engineering design services for a new Highway Garage/Department of Public Works Facility for the Town of Chili, NY. Their existing facility was undersized for the Town’s needs with no possibility for future expansion. The new facility is located on a 31-acre parcel and includes 7,000 sq. ft. of DPW/Highway Administration including offices, facilities for DPW and highway personnel, conference room, plan room, storage, lunch/break room and emergency operation center. There is also a 50,000 sq. ft. highway garage, wood shop, metal shop, welding shop and parks maintenance area and a 15,000 sq. ft vehicle maintenance facility.
