The renovation of North Carolina's #1 tourist attraction, Concord Mills, to transform it into a regional destination.
The intent of the Concord Mill's renovation is to re-brand the center with a more timeless regional mall character that better reflects the Simon-branded family of properties. The modernized exterior entrance structures, hardscape, landscape and interior design enhance the customers’ experience from arrival through their experience inside the center. Upgraded tenant storefronts throughout the center reflect a series of standardized Simon-branded designs for a more aesthetic and contemporary presentation.
