Destiny USA Commissioning Services

Bergmann provided commissioning services for more than 60 of the tenant stores during the Destiny USA mall expansion. In some cases, Bergmann was the commissioning agent working directly for the tenant store and in other cases Bergmann provided commissioning services for the tenant store architect, MEP engineer or for the mall owners. The Bergmann team was often involved in the online documentation process required by the LEED certification rating system.

We were often both the project architect and the commissioning agent. In these cases, Bergmann prepared detailed design documents and performed the post-construction commissioning required by the LEED® for Commercial Interiors certification. Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems is a pre-requisite for all projects seeking certification under LEED® for Commercial Interiors.
