Design Build services for a FedEx Distribution Center in Hampton, VA.
Bergmann was retained by B.C. Construction Group as their design build partner for this project. The facility was modeled after a typical FedEx prototype facility with minor design alterations for the developer. Integrated project team management including staff allocation and coordination, constructability analysis, quality control measures, supervision of construction documents and construction administration utilizing the design build delivery method.
