Space planning and design services for the First Niagara Bank branch in Henrietta, NY.
Bergmann provided space planning and design services for this 4,000 SF First Niagara Bank (FNB) branch bank fit-out. The branch consists of four teller stations, four customer service representatives and two drive-thru teller lanes. In addition, a wealth management office with five customer service representatives is connected to the branch, but operates independently due to extended hours.
Working to FNB’s interior and prototype standards the design team utilized the Landlord’s core/shell space and altered the exterior walls for drive-thru banking equipment and storefront by adding vestibules while meeting accessibility code requirements. A traditional precast vault was replaced in this location with a fire rated, security reinforced gypsum wall system.
This project is one in a series of retrofit projects undertaken for First Niagara Bank. It opened the same week as the FNB’s rebranding of the acquired former competitor HSBC’s bank branches in upstate New York. A nearby-by HSBC branch was consolidated into this location prior to opening.
