The Bergmann team created a design to engage the excitement of the busy and historic Germantown Avenue business district by integrating both retail and residential condominiums. The contemporary design included 20 housing units, parking, retail space and a new neighborhood "The Fresh Market" grocery store. To blend into the historic neighborhood, the Bergmann design team used complementary materials, fine detail and a sense of scale.
