Provided architecture and engineering services for an Atlantis Development apartment project
Bergmann completed this two phase project for Atlantis Development, LLC, serving Michigan State University, Cooley Law School and the general public. The project consists of 18 multiple story apartment buildings. There are multiple building designs consisting of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The complex also has a clubhouse equipped to provide amenities such as an outdoor pool & spa, fitness center, computer center, sand volleyball courts and social areas.
