Bergmann provided waterfront engineering services for the rehabilitation and replacement of existing facilities at the former industrial shipyards site. The redevelopment was designed to convert the shipyards into a mixed-use development in downtown Jacksonville, FL. Bergmann provided both preliminary design and final design-build services for all waterfront features of the project. The facilities support major downtown residential and commercial waterfront development in the City of Jacksonville.
