Design services for the renovation of LeChase corporate headquarters in Rochester, NY
Bergmann adapted the construction company’s newly acquired office building into a facility that fosters an employee community supportive of “a new LeChase.” The renovation consolidated three local offices into a single facility focused around employees, culture and their business. Balancing focused and collaborative work styles, the design incorporates opportunities throughout the facility for an engaged workforce with exterior views. Design elements remind occupants of the nature of their business while showcasing their history and responsibility to a sustainable environment.
