Design and construction administration for the redevelopment of the Perinton Public Work Operations Center.
The redevelopment of the Perinton Public Work Operations Center project comprised 74,000 SF of new vehicle storage, fleet maintenance and administration space, along with an additional 37,000 SF of renovated vehicle storage and crew support space in a multi-building complex. When designing the facilities, special consideration was given to the wetlands located on three sides of the site. Building and site layouts were examined for maximum operational efficiency, incorporating new fueling and salt storage facilities. The redevelopment was designed and constructed in phases in order to fully maintain DPW operations during construction.
