Bergmann provided architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design and construction services for a seven-building, 115,000 SF industrial complex for Schlumberger Oilfield Services. The complex includes offices, maintenance facilities and storage buildings located on an 88-acre site in Horseheads, NY.
Project Highlights
- 37,500 SF maintenance building containing 7 equipment maintenance bays, 1 outdoor equipment testing bay, 2 level parts receiving and storage, electrical technicians lab and mechanics offices.
- 27,500 SF bulk plant/chemical storage building for cement and chemical additives, samples testing lab, cement bulk plant control room and bulk plant compressor shed.
- 27,000 SF administration building that houses offices, conference rooms, presentation/training rooms, break rooms and locker rooms.
- Coil tubing services building with 8,500 SF of PEMB workshops and 5,800 traditional steel construction building containing offices, conference rooms, presentation/training rooms, break rooms and locker rooms.
- 9,700 SF truck wash building with one manual and one automatic wash bay.
- 4,800 SF perforation shop for material storage and assembly areas for rock fracturing guns.
- 120 SF oxidizer building designed as a hazardous Class H-1 used to store oxidizers.
