Adaptive reuse and repurposing concepts for grocery anchor of existing mall
Bergmann was selected to develop preliminary concepts for the adaptive reuse and re-purposing of an existing mall’s anchor store vacancy. In an effort to redevelop the anchor area, we created a more visual presence the promotes engagements while creating an exterior public space that allowed for additional programmatic usages.
