This project fit-out an existing shell space to extend the current office workspace and create a new conference center for a Washington DC corporate office. The client occupied and renovated multiple suites, and with this project they were able to acquire the entire 12th floor. This project joined the existing office suite so that the entire floor could be one unified space, rather than two separate suites. The conference center included a large flexible conference room with separation capabilities, plus two smaller conference rooms, one of which was enhanced with Global Enabled technology. The center was also designed with a lounge overlooking a park, as well as break-out space for large corporate events. Open workstations and enclosed offices were added to the office environment to match the standards of the adjacent suite. Huddle spaces and walking workstations were also incorporated into the new space.
