Provided community engagement expertise and technical assistance to Whitemarsh Township, PA.
Bergmann assisted Whitemarsh Township with its comprehensive plan update by providing community engagement expertise and technical assistance related to land use and housing strategies. The Township is updating its 2003 Comprehensive Plan to address new developments and zoning changes and ensure the appropriate policies are in place to inform the Township’s future development patterns.
As part of this effort, Bergmann updated the inventory of existing conditions, developed a new future land use plan and created a strategy and action matrix to ensure sound development within the town for at least the next ten years.
