Environmental Assessments

Understanding the magnitude of potential contamination or hazardous conditions prior to land development and/or commercial transactions is critical, as the risks for paying clean-up cost can be substantial. Bergmann’s environmental assessments range from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to Phase II ESAs that target the nature and extent of contaminants of concern with respect to migration pathways or sensitive receptors, and lay the groundwork for future remediation of on-site contamination.
